Great stuff, always nice and open to help you. We had a clean room with 2 comfortable beds. (P.S. the beds are very soft and not so good for somebody who have healthy problems like back pain) Inside the room you find tea/coffee/sugar, a kettle, a big tv, hair dryer, iron, ironing table. We don’t know if it was the stuff from the hotel or somebody else but we wake up in the morning and my daughter found a Christmas socks hanging on the door with candy. That was so nice and we thank you a lot. Breakfast is 195 kr/day and half price for the children and had various types of food.

Great location near metro and ferry stops, even if the area itself is only now starting to bloom. Very clean, facility new and taken care of. Exceptional breakfast, many choices for any taste there is, although quite busy at most times as there are 500 rooms in the hotel. Rooms are pleasantly conditioned and windows open too - at least a bit. Luggage storage can be used for free before and after check-in/out

Great location Metro was just a few minutes walk from the hotel and was a short journey into the centre Room was very basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable Great breakfast

Location is great, the nearest metro station is 2mins by walk, city center is around 10mins by metro. Breakfast has a wide range of selection. Room is clean and big enough. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and really helpful.

Easy check-in, smart way to get invoices, storage locker is self service and easy to use. The gym is on the smaller side but has good equipment. Rooms are well made and the beds are comfortable. The M4 metro is super convenient and very close to the hotel. Airport to Hotel in less than 30 minutes for 30DKK.

he hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near the Orientkaj Metro Station, making it easy to reach central Copenhagen in just 10 minutes. The breakfast is generous, with plenty of options to suit different tastes, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. During check-in, I requested a room with a view and was kindly given a beautiful canal-facing room. Later, when I asked to change rooms, the staff went above and beyond by offering me several options to choose from. Their attentiveness and flexibility truly enhanced my stay.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Lobby are is great and breakfast is very good also! It is 1 min away from the Metro station that goes to the city center. Also, the Boat Bus has a stop right near the hotel and you can reach city center by this boat bus.

Lovely hotel, great location, amazing staff. The hotel is a minute from the metro. The room sizes are generous and the bathroom was very stylish , I stayed in superior double which had a separate dressing area. The breakfast was great.

I loved the location, a bit far to walk by feet to the city centre, but the metro station was directly next to the hotel. You can walk to the neighborhood Norderbro though and there are some nice cafes, restaurants and even a public path directly 10 minutes away by feet. I personally rented a bike from the hotel (so convenient!) and explored everything by bike, they even have a family bike! The staff war really really nice and kind, so helpful, I would definitely stay there again. The room was also very quiet, even with the window open. I guess you hardly find that in the centre of the city. The weekend breakfast buffet... amazing!

Great location, nice and quiet area with some coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets fairly close by. Super convenient to catch the harbour bus to the centre! Room very clean and comfortable, very quiet. Lovely views from the fifth floor! Yummy breakfast, everything is fresh and loved the sustainable approach, avoiding unneccessary containers/rubbish (which is the case in general in DK). Friendly reception and you can store your luggage. Highly recommend!
